Ritter Sport - chocolate-factory

Woensday, 13. October 2010:

This morning the childrens have had a officiel welcome.
They were there and at school today.

After school we have had lunch at home. We ate a swabian typical meal: Maultaschen.
She likes it ;-).

This afternoon we hired a car and drove to the Ritter Sport Chocolet Factory.

There we were at the museum. There you can see, how chocolet will be done.

Miriam, Benjamin, Paul, Jonathan and Meg

But Meg has stuck her hand in there.

We hope it is well again till tomorrow.

Then the children were in the Chocolate-Factory. There they learned how to make a chocolate for there own. Sadly the parents must not go there :(.
But we could test it!

Then we bought a lot of chocolate at the factory-shop and drove home happy, but tired.

 

For dinner we have had a "Döner" on the way.

Meg likes it ;-)

Holzmaden und Laichinger Tiefenhöhle

Tuesday, 12. October, 2010:


Today we (all american and the german Exchange-Kids, the Teatchers and me ;-)) are on a trip to the
stone pit in Holzmaden. There the kids could search to fossils. They were very busy.

Then we were at the Laichinger Tiefenhöhle.

There we have had a BBQ.

It were a great trip.

When we were back again this evening, Meg and Lexi have to do a lot of work for the school.

I am very proud about them, cause I was very tired after this long trip and they have

worked the whole evening for school!

Welcome-breakfast at school and visiting castel

Monday, 11. October, 2010:

Today we have had a Welcome-breakfast at school.
After this, the american group were at the castel in Ludwigsburg
and then in the town.

Open day at the firebrigade

Sunday, October 10, 2010:

Today we have had a "open day" at the fire brigade.
Jona is at the youth firebrigade, so he have had to help there.
Meg was there with him.
At the afternoon they have made stations for the kids.

Then they have had a savety-practice - and Meg was the exemple person.

I think they have had fun.

We visit Ludwigsburg today.
You can see one of the two churches at the market place.

and then we were out for lunch.

It is so lucky she is here now.

We are happy together.

She is arrived!
I think she is a little bit tired, but happy!
